South Georgia State College holds a rich athletic tradition through the years. Currently, SGSC boasts seven sports teams and almost 125 student-athletes between our Douglas and Waycross campuses. While the College supports its teams, it is gifts from donors like you that allow our student athletes to excel both on and off the field.

Colleges and universities have been hit hard by the COVID-19 pandemic. To keep our student athletes and coaches safe, there are increased costs in addition to the annual costs of travel, equipment, etc. Your gift, of any size, has an impact. You may choose to support a specific sport, athletics in general, or scholarships for student athletes.

During this unprecedented time, our student-athletes have never quit. They have pressed on with determination and a commitment to success.
