SGSC Athletics

Students can participate in men’s basketball, baseball, softball, women’s soccer, men’s and women’s swimming, and cross country. SGSC athletics draws student-athletes from throughout Georgia, across the United States, and around the world.

Douglas Campus Athletic Facilities

The Douglas Campus features a nine-hole golf course is available for students for a minimal fee, baseball stadium, softball field, and soccer field. The Wellness Center houses an indoor pool, basketball court, and additional fitness and athletic facilities.

Waycross Campus Recreation

The Waycross Campus offers a variety of recreational venues, including a walking trail that meanders through the 150-acre campus, a gymnasium that is home to Hawks Basketball, and pickleball courts.

SGSC is committed to assisting each student-athlete in attaining a high level of academic excellence while competing at the collegiate level. The campus community is always invited to cheer for their favorite Hawks team.
