At this very moment, they're our students - in Douglas, Waycross, Valdosta.

Tomorrow, they'll be our school teachers, managers, nurses, leaders. They're just out of high school. Or they're coming back to campus after time away. Some are the first in their families to go to college. Others, the third and fourth generation to enroll here. Almost no one has it easy. They hold jobs, juggle responsibilties, try to make it all work. They are the heart of South Georgia State College. And we owe it to them to do everything we can to get them ready for the world.

Getting them ready for the world begins with:

Scholarships to attract, retain and graduate more SGSC students.
Experiences to round out their formal learning, so they connect classroom knowledge to the real world.

We at South Georgia State College already provide both of these to our students. But we don't have the resources to provide enough of either. So, we have arrived at a historic moment:
The first-ever comprehensive campaign to raise resources for South Georgia State College.
