Alumni programming at South Georgia State College aims to develop relationships between the College and its alumni, donors, students, friends and community members.

If you have completed 30 credit hours at South Georgia State College (formerly Waycross College and South Georgia College before consolidation), we consider you an alumnus or alumna of SGSC. This not only includes those who have been awarded an associate’s or bachelor’s degree, but also dual enrollment students, transfer students and those who attended but did not complete a degree.
At SGSC, we know that our alumni are an extremely important part of the success of our institution, and we want our alums to be as connected as possible with us even after they leave. We would love for you to explore our website and learn more about how you can get involved with us at SGSC!

At SGSC, we value our alumni and their contributions to our success. The Office of Advancement in Richey Hall houses personnel that are responsible for a variety of development activities, meeting and event planning, communications and outreach as well as alumni and volunteer relations. We are here to create opportunities to enrich your experience with SGSC even after you leave campus.
