Baseball

The South Georgia State College baseball team has a rich and proud heritage. The program has made three appearances in the Junior College World Series, the most recent of which came in 2011 after the then-Tigers won the East Central District tournament. After the merger with Waycross College, the newly-christened Hawks have made the playoffs every since then and have seen three players drafted in the last two years.
