Student Employment at SGSC
Student employment is a partnership that both benefits our campus departments and enriches the student life experience.
Student employment at South Georgia State College has three primary purposes:
- To provide meaningful financial assistance so students may further their education.
- To provide work opportunities and real workplace experience that enhance the educational program and contribute to future success through the development of professional skills, responsibilities, habits, attitudes, self-confidence and self-development.
- To increase interaction with all staff in the student's department and the students we serve in order that they may more readily adjust to college life.
