Kyle Lott, PharmD, MHA (93')
Kyle Lott is a 6th generation Coffee County resident, and upon graduating from Coffee County High School in 1991, he decided to stay local and attend what was then South Georgia College. Kyle was awarded a full-ride scholarship by the South Georgia College Foundation, and this awarded him the opportunity to attend SGC and learn from the highly regarded chemistry professor, Dr. Delano Deen.
Lott moved on to the University of Georgia after completing his associate’s degree at SGSC in 1993, and in 1997 he received his Doctorate of Pharmacy degree from UGA. In 2004, Kyle returned to the Bacon County Health System, where, ironically, he once worked as a Pharmacy Technician while he was a student. He now serves as the Director of Pharmacy as well as the Chief Operating Officer for BCHSI.
Kyle says, “I would absolutely attribute my professional success to the start I got at SGSC. If I had attended a huge university right out of high school, I would not have been as prepared as I was after leaving SGSC.”
