Please fill out the form below if you would like to anonymously report an incident occurring or about to occur on the Douglas or Waycross campus or its immediate surroundings, or if you are concerned about an issue involving our community and would like to report it.

All reports submitted through this form will be viewed by the officer and/or supervisor on duty for further action.

NOTE: If you need IMMEDIATE ASSISTANCE call 911. This form generates a report that is normally reviewed during business hours and should not be used if you need an immediate response.
