SGSC Women’s Soccer picks up second conference win

The South Georgia State College (SGSC) Women's Soccer defeated Abraham Baldwin Agricultural College (ABAC) Friday, September 6th by a score of 6 to 1 in their home opener. The Lady Hawks move to 2-0 in conference play with the victory.
Statistics for the game were a 9' goal by Serena Nelson, assisted by Kaitlyn Moore; a 23' goal by Kenya Fletcher, assisted by Yosselin Paz; a 33' goal by Yosselin Paz, scored from a freekick; a 35' goal by Yosselin Paz, unassisted; a 72' goal by Monse Hernandez, assisted by Angie Bronzatti and a 82' goal by Serena Nelson, assisted by Yosselin Paz. The Player of the Match was Yosselin Paz with two goals and two assists.
The team will travel to Gordon State College on Tuesday, September 10th for a 7 pm kickoff and will play Andrew College at home on Friday, September 13th at 5:30 pm.
SGSC’s Yosselin Paz from Dalton, Ga., was looking to add another goal during Friday’s game against ABAC.
