SGSC summer semester registration available through June 6

Registration for summer semester at South Georgia State College is currently underway.  Students may register online or attend an onsite registration at the campus they plan to attend. The Waycross Campus event will be held on Friday, May 23 followed by the Douglas Campus event on Monday, June 2. Both sessions will begin at 9:30 a.m. The first day of class is Tuesday, June 3.

The payment deadline for students who have participated in early registration is Tuesday, May 27.  Those who register after May 27 must pay for classes at the time registration occurs. "Students can complete their degree faster and save money by taking summer classes at SGSC,” comments Angie Evans, director of admissions.  She goes on to say, “It’s a real advantage for students to attend summer where they can benefit from smaller class sizes as well as earn credits that will transfer to any University System of Georgia institution.”
