SGSC jumps seven spots in latest NJCAA poll

South Georgia State College’s men’s basketball team has jumped seven spots to No. 17 in the latest NJCAA poll released Tuesday. The Hawks (16-1, 5-0) have won 11 consecutive games and are now in sole possession of first place in the Georgia Collegiate Athletic Association standings. SGSC hosts East Georgia State College Wednesday night at 7 p.m. General admission to all regular season home games is five dollars with children five and under admitted free.
