Pianist Joe Chapman to present April 1 concert at SGSC

South Georgia State College (SGSC) will host a concert featuring pianist Dr. Joe Chapman on Tuesday, April 1 at 7 p.m. in McGouirk Auditorium inside Peterson Hall on the Douglas Campus.  Dr. Chapman has served as Director of Piano Studies at the University of North Georgia since 1983.  He has toured extensively as a solo pianist, and he also serves as conductor of the UNG Orchestra.  His April 1 concert will feature works by Beethoven, Chopin, Brahms, and Prokofiev.  The concert is free and open to the public.
