“Baldwin’s Ballers” camp scheduled at SGSC this summer
Posted on May 30, 2014
Cory Baldwin, head men’s basketball coach at South Georgia State College, will host his fifth annual “Baldwin’s Ballers” basketball camp this summer.
The camp is open to boys and girls ages 6-15. Four-day sessions are scheduled for the weeks of June 9, 16, 23, and July 21 from 9 a.m. – 3 p.m. on SGSC’s Waycross Campus.
Each session is $90 per camper, which includes a t-shirt. A discount is available to campers who attend multiple sessions as well as family members of SGSC employees. Campers should register at least 24 hours prior to the start of each session. Walk-up registrations will incur a $5 late fee.
“I’m looking forward to this year’s camp,” said Baldwin. “Campers will learn fundamental basketball skills not only from me and the assistant coaches but also current and former players.”
Baldwin said campers should wear a t-shirt, shorts, and athletic socks and shoes during each weekly session. They should also bring money for lunch and snacks.

“Baldwin’s Ballers” is sponsored by Applebee’s, Coca-Cola, CSX, Little Caesars, and Vyve Broadband.
