SGSC-Waycross hosts Career Fair for students

South Georgia State College’s Waycross Campus recently hosted a Career Fair for students in the James M. Dye Student Services Building.  The Fair allowed students to speak with representatives from various businesses and organizations in an effort to understand the different career options available after college.  Approximately 100 students were able to speak with representatives from the United States Marines (top photo), Unison Behavioral Health (bottom photo), BB&T, Country Financial, Mayo Clinic Health System in Waycross, Okefenokee RESA, St. Vincent’s HealthCare, and Waycross Bank & Trust.  Stanley Sinkfield, career counselor on the Waycross Campus, said the Fair was very successful and looks forward to hosting more Career Fairs in the future.
